Marquee Riggers/yardspeople
Required April-Oct 2024
Brooklands Events ltd are looking for hard working, enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to join our small friendly team just outside of Exeter.
Working hours will be long and involve physical labour. Hours will mostly be Mon-Fri but weekend work may be required on occasion. Experience preferred but full training will be given. Full, clean driving license essential. HGV class 2 and/or towing experience useful, Forklift experience also valued. Knowledge of Electrical installation and experience also helpful.
Duties will include but are not limited to:-
Loading and unloading vehicles/trailers with equipment
Driving company vehicles to site
Using pressure washers to clean canvas and equipment
Working outdoors to erect structures and install other equipment
Working with other team members to ensure all structures are installed in a timely manner and to the correct specifications.
Following procedural and health and safety guidelines when working both in the warehouses and on site
Competitive rates of pay, self-employed considered too, shorter term contract can be negotiated
Operations Manager
