Dave Moore and his outstanding Team at Brooklands have been exemplary in the way they have worked with NHS WEB Primary Care Network over the last 18 months. Providing everything required; enabling our medical teams to deliver offsite, safe community based flu and covid-19 vaccination programmes to patients from Woodbury, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and beyond. What started as a small project soon became significant; effortlessly put together, even with incredibly difficult time constraints, working early in the morning until very late at night for months and months. Nothing was ever too much; the response was always ‘yes we can’ - even moving sites within a 5 day window. You are incredible, amazing and professional. Thousands of people are extremely grateful for the service you and your amazing team have done for the community and for the NHS.

'Dave and his team were so helpful and come up with some great ideas to make our wedding day as fantastic as it was. Sadly we had to postpone our June 2020 wedding due to the pandemic, and then still had some light restrictions on our new date in July 2021, but Brooklands could not have been more accommodating with moving everything over, and helping us through the relevant restrictions and safety measures which kept us all safe on the day. Their fountain on knowledge when it comes to events and useful contacts with other suppliers made our day so memorable. We could not thank them enough.

Finally in July 2022, having had Dave over for our first site visit in 2019, we celebrated our 50 +2 wedding anniversary in our daughter’s garden.
From that first meeting, Dave was amazing at fulfilling our initial requirements and we were all ready to finalise for 2020, our 50th. None of us were to realise what would hit us for the next 2 years. We kept the faith and finally had our 2nd site visit in 2022 after the pandemic. Dave was still in business.
With slight change of plans for the marquee, Dave and Lauren were always available to handle our endless queries. Obviously, things had changed over the previous two years, (new hog roasters had to be found) but the format for our day hadn’t changed and a marquee was available to cater for 120, with everyone seated informally for the meal.
We hired a marquee with typical British rain in mind, who would have imagined that July 2022 would prove to be one of the driest on record. On the day, the sun shone from the outset and there was not a cloud in the sky. Hats and sun lotion were the order of the day, with our wonderful airy marquee to give everyone shade and keep us cool.
Dave’s team, from marquee riggers (phew, was it hot for the rigging team) to serving staff, was always there to help us and were fun to be with. “Don’t worry, we can do that for you” was always their response. No job was too small. This meant that we could relax and enjoy both the build up to the day and the day itself.
On the day, Dave, Lauren and co were attentive and thoughtful, without being in our faces. There were many appreciative comments from friends and family. The hog roast was delicious, the servers were so tolerant of one of our grandsons who wanted to be involved with everything! He would have carved the hog himself if he had been allowed.
One of our friends said that she was so impressed with the marquee, she had imagined she would be walking around in the boiling sun, clutching her hog roast bun in her hand, glass of wine in the other.
Thank you to all of you, you made our day so enjoyable and special, always going that extra mile. We said to many of our guests “if we had stopped breathing, they would have offered to breathe for us!”
